Freshwater Tanks / Woot !! Woot !! Syno. Multipunctatus spawned
« on: November 11, 2007, 01:11:22 PM »
After years of wanting to spawn these guys I picked up a new, for me, group several months ago. While feeding the fish the other day I noticed some little ones, almost 1", in the tank. These fish are really neat in that they are a parasitic mouth brooder.

Freshwater Tanks / Pics of some pl*cos.

These are some pics from today. First are the breeder sized Long Finned Albino Bristlenose. No fry lately from these guys but I am growing out some that I crossed with a standard albino female and a LF brown male.
The last pic is a juvenile L333. That pair has done little to nothing this year. Hopefully they will start throwing fry again soon.

The Fish Bowl / I want to buy a laptop. Any recomendations ?
« on: September 05, 2007, 07:45:41 PM »
Thinking of getting laptops for my girls this Christmas. Nothing cutting edge but a good solid puter at a decent price(Less than $800 preferably). I am leaning towards HP's and Toshibas. Just not sure on which model or where to buy. If someone could point me in the right direction I would be most appreciative.
