So, it doesn't seem like any more people are interested in the frag swap. This will be a good time for people to meet even if they don't have any frags. We all like talking about the next frags we want.

()()()()()()()()()()()() Bump..

I think we should just get together and talk. It makes things a little easier that way. Not that the frag swap is a bad idea but I don't trust just anybodys corals. I like to see how they are doing in the tank before I pick one. That is one reason I have never bought frags online, you never know what it is going to look like or if it is healthy.

So who wants to host this gathering?    JS1218?

We are in the process of proposing a plan/ budget to my school to get more funding for our reef system.  My plan is to be able to hold meetings/ frag swaps in our classroom.  If everything goes as planned we will be up and running by the time school starts.  I'll keep ya'll posted on progress.  Maybe we can get something planned for the fall.

Once we get settled in the new house...think I'll have a little gathering.
Everyone can bring picks of their tanks, meet new frag swap buddies, maybe have a cookout.

Thanks Vince and Scotty for helping with the move. You guys are welcome over anytime.

New to the forum and to reef keeping. I will post a few pictures of my setup and current corals in the new member area. I am DEFINITELY down for a frag swap. Sounds enjoyable and hopefully I can learn more about maintaining and improving my setup. Once we establish a time and place lets try to get it on the main page for more exposure and to drum up some more interest. Possibly even setup a facebook page/group. This may have been done already? What do you guys think?
